The Limetree Bay management team has extensive experience and industry knowledge, critical in re-starting and developing a world-class refining and logistics hub for stakeholders.

Darius Sweet

Chief Executive Officer of Limetree Bay Terminal, brings over 30 years of energy industry experience in refining, supply, trading, and logistics to his role as CEO. Most recently, he was Executive Vice President and President of Refining and Supply at Axeon Specialty Products, where he was responsible for overseeing all of Axeon’s refining, supply, trading, and transportation functions. Prior to that, Darius spent 25 years at Hess Corporation, where he was Senior Vice President of Refining, Terminals, and Supply and oversaw Hess’s network of petroleum terminals, supply, trading, and refining interests. He began his career in the oil industry as an engineer with Exxon and later as a supply analyst with Mobil. Darius holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA in Finance from Columbia University.

Brian Lever

President of Limetree Bay Refining, was initially an advisor on the restart project and previously held various roles at Hess, including President and Chief Operating Officer for HOVENSA responsible for operations of the Refinery from 2011 to 2013. Brian began his career with Conoco in 1979 as a process engineer at the Humber Refinery in the U.K. He held a number of positions in the Technical Services and Operations Departments in the U.K. and U.S. before becoming Manager Refinery ventures in 1991. He was appointed Refinery Manager at the Commerce City, CO refinery in 1998. Following the merger between Conoco and Phillips in 2003 he moved to Borger, TX as Refinery Manager. A native of Bolton, U.K., Brian earned a Bachelor of Science honors degree in chemical engineering from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne.

Keith Neal

Vice President of Commercial Development, joined the Limetree team in January 2016. Keith has more than 27 years of commercial trading and business origination experience in both Europe and North America having traded crude oils, refinery feedstocks, clean products, renewable fuels and LPGs for BP and Louis Dreyfus. He has a deep network of contacts within the oil industry and keen understanding of market participant roles and key product flows. Prior to joining Limetree, he held various roles of increasing responsibility with Buckeye Partners where he developed a strong understanding of marine terminal operations and logistics, helped to establish a products marketing business across the company’s network of facilities east of the Mississippi, and originated commercial opportunities for Buckeye’s extensive terminal assets in New York Harbor, on the U.S. East Coast, Bahamas (BORCO), Puerto Rico and St Lucia. A native of south east London, England, he was educated at Sir Joseph Williamson’s Mathematical School and the City of London University.

Forgan McIntosh

Vice President of Finance, has more than 10 years of energy industry experience primarily focused on finance, M&A, and commercial development. Most recently, Forgan served as Senior Vice President, Commercial and Corporate Development at JP Energy Partners (NYSE: JPEP), where he was responsible for mergers, acquisitions, large capital projects, as well as P&L leadership of JP Energy’s refined product terminals business. Prior to JP Energy, Forgan was a member of Barclays’ Global Power & Utilities investment banking team, where he participated in nearly $9 billion of energy M&A and financings. From 2000 to 2008, Forgan held various positions of increasing responsibility at early to mid-stage energy, technology, and healthcare growth companies. Forgan received his MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and graduated with a BA, Cum Laude with Honors, from Bates College.

Nate Werner

Vice President of Terminal Projects & Engineering, Limetree Bay Terminal, brings over 10 years of experience from a long list of Caribbean islands including Aruba, Dominican Republic, Trinidad, Barbados, Bahamas, St. Lucia, St. Croix, and Puerto Rico. With project management experience from CB&I, CH2M Hill, and engineering and operations management from Buckeye Partners, Nate has designed, built, maintained, and managed almost all portions of the oil and gas infrastructure throughout the Caribbean. He also has held positions including EPC contractor, owner representative, and owner. Nate has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona.
